A $500 deposit is required to reserve a whole/half/quarter beef purchase. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost.
Quarter Beef: $950 final cost. Quarter Beef will include 100-120 pounds of beef.
Half Beef: $1,800 final cost, $100 savings. Half Beef will include 200-235 pounds of beef.
Whole Beef: $3,500 final cost, $100 savings. Whole beef will include 400-450 pounds of beef.
Beef will divided into quarters or halves equally with the following cuts:
Top Round Steak
Bottom Round Roast
Eye Round Steak
A full stand up freezer or floor freezer will comfortably fit a quarter beef.
