Description
A $500 deposit is required to reserve a whole/half/quarter beef purchase. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost.
Quarter Beef: $1,500 final cost. Quarter Beef will include 100-120 pounds of beef.
Half Beef: $2,700 final cost. Half Beef will include 200-235 pounds of beef.
Whole Beef: $5,200 final cost. Whole beef will include 400-450 pounds of beef.
Beef will divided into quarters or halves equally with the following cuts:
Ribeye Steaks
Sirloins Steaks
T-Bone Steaks
Porterhouse Steaks
Tenderloins
Tri-Tip Steaks
Top Round Steak
Bottom Round Roast
Chuck Roast
Eye Round Steak
Ground Beef
Stew Meat
Brisket
Flank Steak
Skirt Steak
A full stand up freezer or floor freezer will comfortably fit a quarter beef.
